Installation Overview - How does it mount into my vehicle?
The Kufu drawers quick release on and off of the Kufu Vehicle Platform via small brackets on the platform called the "Catch and Click" system.
The platform utilizes a unique design which is both modular and adaptable. This allows the platform to be installed into a wide variety of vehicles, truck beds, trailer decks and so on.
Here is an overview of the process:
First, the platform is assembled:
After you have assembled the platform, the catch and click system is added to the platform on aluminum crossrails:
Using washers/spacers, install the platform into the vehicle so that it is level and square. Utilize existing seat or tie-down threaded holes or drill and bolt through the floor as-needed.

Next, you simply drop your choice of drawer's onto the mounting platform, and lock them into the catch and click brackets with the drawer's heavy duty, crash tested pins. To remove them, simply actuate the pins (hidden behind the secure drawer face) and pull the drawer out again!
